Ever wondered where all the dust in your home comes from?
You spend hours cleaning the dust of your furniture and bed, yet it comes back
again.
You keep cleaning and it keeps reappearing creating health
issues like allergies, recurring cold and runny nose, itchy sensation and eye
irritation. It is practically impossible to have a home that is absolutely dust
free.
There are sources of
dust that are impossible to avoid like clothing fibers and dead skin cells
of people who are in the house and those who visit your house. There are other sources of dust that are major contributors to the dust you find in
your home.
Research says that one major reason of dust collecting in
your home is your closet. The clothes shed fiber while in the closet and other
storage items accumulate inside. Every time you open the closet the dust
particles gathered inside come flying out in the air and into the rest of your
home.
Then there are the electronic items like the TV, set top
boxes that attract a lot of dust. These sources
of dust not only attract dust but also trap it inside. With closed windows
it becomes inevitable that the dust remains inside. No matter how often you
clean, dust will keep coming back to keep you busy.
There are some areas that attract more dust in comparison to
other arts of the home. Bedroom is one place that is more prone to dust in it
because of the mattresses, curtain, blinds, carpets and pillows.
Another area that is prone to dust in the house is the
living room. It attracts more dust because of all the electronic items and all
the upholstery. And, then there is the kitchen with the refrigerator collecting
and trapping the most amount of dust.
The major sources of
dust that add to your misery are airborne as they come from roads, attics,
basements, electronics, vents and ducts, carpets, insects and wind to name a
few.
